We offer a 14-day money back guarantee from the time you receive the product, in case you are not satisfied with it for reasons attributable to us, to ensure the best possible experience. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns after 14 days from receipt of the goods, so contact us as soon as possible and you will receive a refund or replacement if requested!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to return an item?

Simply fill out our contact form or email us at sitodematteo@gmail.com with your order number.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What if the items are defective or damaged?

If you have received faulty, incorrect and/or damaged goods, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please remember to include your order number, photographs of the items and any references relating to receipt of the package and, in accordance with our money back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change your order information within 24 hours after purchasing, it will be free; Since we ship the products as fast as possible, please double check the information before finalizing the order.

Shipping address can be changed before shipping, and we cannot make any changes once the package has left our warehouse.
